    食品與生物工程系簡介



    食品與生物工程系成立于2009年4月2日,現有綠色食品生產與檢測、生物技術及應用和食品營養與檢測三個專業,其中綠色食品生產與檢驗專業是國家示范性高等職業院校建設項目重點建設專業。

    該系擁有一支教學經驗豐富、實踐技能扎實,服務于企業和三農的雙師型教學團隊。現有教職員工33名,其中專任教師25名,高級職稱15名,博士9名,碩士18名;雙師型教師占80%;行業理事5名,其中北京市名師1名。該系教師主編“十一五規劃”教材、規劃教材等各類教材10余部,參編20余部;主編國家示范性高職院校重點建設專業系列教材10本;主持國家科技部“十一五”子課題1項,主持省部級課題10余項;獲全國農業職業教育教學優秀成果獎3項;獲省部級科技進步二等獎2 項,市級科技進步二等獎2項,教學成果獎9項;各類核心期刊發表論文130余篇,其中SCI論文10篇、EI論文3篇;獲國家發明專利5項。

    系主任羅紅霞教授被評為北京市教學名師,北京市綠色食品生產與檢檢專業創新團隊帶頭人;國家級示范校重點專業負責人;食品工業職業教育教學指導委員會副主任委員,國家級行業學會常務理事。主編北京市精品教材2部,精品課程2門;主持國家及省部級教研項目20余項,獲教育部等科技進步獎3項、國家發明專利2項、全國農業職業教育教學成果獎3項;發表核心期刊論文40余篇、SCI論文3篇;獲食品類全國優秀論文獎和北京市職業教育優秀論文獎3項;國際先進和國內領先水平鑒定成果4項。

    該系擁有功能齊全、內涵豐富的實驗、實訓基地。校內實訓基地包括食品安全檢測中心、果蔬標準化生產基地、畜產品加工實訓室等12個實訓場所。滿足實踐教學需求的同時,承擔各類科研課題的試驗研究以及產品開發,為全面培養學生的綜合實踐能力提供了有力支撐。同時,與40余家企業建立了校外實踐教學基地,使課堂教學與企業“零距離”對接。

    該系通過組織學生參加北京市以及全國性技能大賽,強化學生的專業技能、創新能力,注重培養學生的綜合素質、社會責任感和服務意識。畢業生就業率均達到100%。

    Brief introduction about Department of Food and Biological Engineering Information Department of food and biological engineering was found in April 2, 2009.It was composed by three specialties which is Green food production and inspection,Pharmaceutical biotechnology,and food nutrition and testing. The green food production and inspection is the key specialty of the state-level demonstration higher vocational colleges.

    A lot of teachers who are employed by company and institutions as experts and adviser do outstandingly contribute to the regional economy. There are double-quality teachers in our department who have wealth of teaching experience and the practice skill, service to company and farms. There is a staff of 33 including two professor, 14 associate professors, 7 teachers have gained PhD and 18 teachers have gained Master degree. Double-quality teachers account for 80% , 5 teachers of them are industry director and one is Beijing City teacher. Teachers in our department are good at doing research and get a good achievement. They have not only compiled 10 textbooks but also participated in writing more than 20 textbooks of National Eleventh Five-Year Plan. They also compiled 10 professional textbooks of the state-level demonstration higher vocational colleges. Preside the country “11th Five-Year Plan” to support science and technology project 1 items. The province departmental level topic 10 items. Pedagogical results national professional education of agriculture 3 tems. Province scientific and technological progress award two second class, state scientific and technological progress award two second class. Teaching achivement 2 tems. Publishing dissertation 130, among which more than 10 papers have been quoted by SCI , and 3 EI, gaining the state grade of invention patent 5 items Information about Training Bases.

    The department chairman of hongxia luo is the famous teachers in Beijing; the leader of green food production and inspection; the principal of national demonstration key professional; the vice chairman of the food industry vocational education teaching steering committee; executive member of national society for industry. She is the chief editor of 2 Beijing excellent study material; preside 20 projects about the national and Provincial, received 3 science and technology progress awards about ministry of education, 2 China National invention patent, 3 teaching results about national agriculture profession education. She published about 40 research papers which included 3 SCI. She achieved 4 identification results advanced international and domestic leading level.

    The Department has full-featured, rich connotation of the experiment, training base. The training bases are composed more than 12 training place,for instance the center of food safety testing, training bases of vegetables standardized production, practice training room of animal product processing practice training room, practice training room dairy products , practice training room of vegetables and practice training room biological technology and so on. The condition of practice teaching not only meeted teaching and experiment and students’ training, but also do research and develop products, Our training bases can supply chance to train students’ synthetic sapability. Establishment of off-campus practice teaching base with more than 40 enterprises, make the classroom teaching with the "zero distance" docking.

    Our department organized students to participate the skills competition of Beijing and National which can strengthen the professional skills and innovation ability, and also educate their comprehensive quality, sense of social responsibility and service awareness. Graduate employment rate achieves 100.
